Yes, of course. Prior to your event, we request a list of essential people, moments, and brand details you’d like documented. This becomes our refined shot list, complemented by organic candids that tell the full story of your event.

This can certainly be arranged. A custom quote will be prepared based on your event’s duration, scale, and the number of team members requiring headshots.

Yes. A 20% retainer is required to secure your event date and guarantee your quoted rate.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date and is non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least seven days’ notice, and your deposit may be transferred one time. Cancellations or changes made after this window will require a new deposit to rebook. Additional coverage hours can be added on the day of the event if it runs long. Employees may also be added for headshots as time allows, though it’s always best to book as accurately as possible from the start.

Yes — we can include a single team photo for an additional fee, typically taken between events or the start of your main event. Any time there is a break in the schedule can usually work as well.

Yes — we love to travel and are happy to accommodate destination events. Depending on the distance and duration, your company may be asked to provide travel and lodging arrangements.

Availability varies by schedule, and we make every effort to accommodate your booking — even on short notice. That said, last-minute requests are subject to availability, so reserving your date early is always encouraged.

We offer both hourly and full-day options tailored to your needs, with the flexibility to add photographers, headshots, or additional coverage as needed. Every quote is customized to reflect the scope and complexity of your event.

The number of images you receive depends on the length and size of your event, as well as the number of photographers covering it. Typically, clients can expect a robust gallery that includes a mix of candid moments, posed portraits, and key event highlights. Every image is carefully edited to ensure quality and consistency, giving you a complete visual story of your event.

You can expect your fully edited gallery within 72 hours of your event. For clients with urgent needs, rush delivery is also available upon request.

You’ll receive your photos through a private online gallery for convenient viewing, downloading, and sharing.

We archive all event images for three months after delivery, giving you ample time to access and download your gallery. Please always save your imgaes to at least two different locations. (i.e. a hard drive and a cloud)

Yes, we are happy to help you with any print order. We understand the power of print products to help promote your company and future events. Popular items are wall prints, brochures, mailers, and coffee table albums or magazines. Holiday and anniversary cards are worth considering as well. Our print house is of the highest quality and we guarantee all of our print products.

Yes. Your gallery is delivered through a private link with a unique URL. Anyone you’d like to share it with can access the images using the password you provide. This is the same password included in your gallery delivery email.

Yes, we are fully insured and are happy to provide proof of insurance upon booking to meet the venues requirements.

We have photographed events and weddings in venues all over Seattle and are well equipped to handle any lighting situation.

To look professional and not draw too much attention, we always dress in black attire head to toe that is professional. If your company event has a dress code, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate.
