• Headshots: 72 hours
  Branding Sessions: 1 week

• Family Sessions: 2 weeks

• Expedited delivery is available for an additional rush fee, with a 24-hour turnaround option. Rush services are also available for retouching upon request.

To begin, please complete our contact form. Once a date has been confirmed, a $200 deposit is required to secure your session. Appointments cannot be held without a deposit and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our calendar often books several weeks—or even months—ahead, depending on the season. Every so often, last-minute spots open up, and the best way to hear about them first is by joining our mailing list!

Upon booking, clients will receive a comprehensive preparation guide outlining detailed wardrobe recommendations, reflective questions designed to inform what to bring, and suggested steps to ensure optimal readiness in the weeks preceding the session. Branding clients will also receive a brand identity questionnaire to help tailor the session to their unique vision and goals.

We lead our sessions with open dialogue and collaboration. We encourage you to speak up during the session if you would like to make any changes. Periodically, we will show you how the images are reading on the monitor so you have multiple opportunities to tweak hair/makeup and make sure we're on track with your goals. Because of this, we do not offer reshoots or refunds. If you change your look and want to shoot a shorter session, our returning clients always receive a discount off of any future package when booked within one year.

Headshot sessions are conducted indoors. At the photographer’s discretion, natural light may be incorporated alongside studio lighting to achieve the desired aesthetic.

All sessions are closed to guests to ensure a focused and distraction-free environment. We kindly ask that clients arrive alone.

Should a guest accompany you, a private conference room can be reserved for their comfort. Additionally, there are several nearby cafés and restaurants, and we are happy to provide recommendations in advance of your session. 

For children and teens aged 15 and under, one family member may be present during the session

A $200 deposit is required to secure your session and is non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, and your deposit may be transferred one time. Cancellations or changes made after this period will require a new deposit to rebook.

We recommend reserving your shoot day free of other commitments to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Please also confirm with your agency or employer before booking to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Yes — we can include a single team photo for an additional fee, typically taken between individual looks. If you’d like more variety or a full collection of team visuals, we recommend booking a branding session for the best results.

An additional crop refers to providing your selected image in more than one format or aspect ratio. For example, we can deliver the same headshot as a standard 8x10, a square crop for social media, or a wide crop for banners and web use. This ensures your image is optimized for different platforms without needing a new photo.

A look is a change in shirt, background, and possibly hair or makeup, designed to showcase a different aspect of your range. Small adjustments, like putting on or taking off a jacket, don’t count as an additional look.

An additional crop means we provide your selected headshot in multiple aspect ratios, so it’s ready for different uses without needing a new photo. This option is available in the Elevate and Summit packages, each final image includes:
